Granza: Organic Wines Rooted in Rueda and Ribera del Duero
The Granza range of wines is made using grapes from Matarromera’s most appreciated parcels in Rueda DO and Ribera del Duero DO. Preservation of the natural environment is very important, and their hard work can be seen in the fields throughout the year. Viticulture is organic and growing practises that take care of the environment and the land, such as sustainable agriculture, natural fertilisers and absence of chemicals, are key. The wines are fresh, fruity, and excellent value with good regional and varietal typicity.

Verdejo Ecologico Rueda DO - 2022
This organic Verdejo wine is clean and bright, with intense aromas of tropical fruits like kiwi, pineapple, and passion fruit, alongside floral notes, fennel, and grapefruit on the palate. It is crisp, dry, fresh, and slightly herbaceous and pairs well with salads, seafood, rice, and vegetable dishes.
Tempranillo Roble Ecologico Ribera del Duero DO - 2022
This organic Tempranillo wine has a very dark, deep colour with elegant and complex aromas of ripe black fruits like blackberry and blueberry, complemented by violet florals and barrel-aging notes of vanilla, black pepper, liquorice, and roasted coffee that add depth. The finish is long and smooth, and it pairs well with red meat, barbecue, and hard cheese.
