Bodegas NOC

Spain

A modern winery with a history of over 100 years

NOC Wineries is located in the Montes de Toledo, an ideal place to produce high-quality wines due to its slightly acidic clay soil, altitude, and large fluctuations in temperature between seasons. Although the winery’s history is recent, dating back to 1918 when Vinícola Morales was established in Manzaneque, Toledo, for almost a century, wine production was mainly for local consumption.

Under the ownership of Carlos Galdón, the winery underwent a radical transformation, incorporating the latest innovations in winemaking over the past 20 years. The challenge was to produce the highest quality wines in Spain, right in Toledo.
