Azienda Agricola Cinzia Bergaglio

Italy

In the heart of the Gavi di Gavi DOCG production area

This family has a long-standing tradition of winemaking, with a commitment to preserving the environment and utilizing modern technology. They achieve their quality objectives through careful pruning with few sprouts, a green harvest at the end of July, and special attention given to pressing. A horizontal press is used to gently extract the juice from the grapes, resulting in wines that have a refreshing taste.

Their vineyards are located in Rovereto di Gavi and Tassarolo, in the heart of the Gavi di Gavi DOCG production area, historically known for its excellent wines. The soil is predominantly calcareous and clayey, which imparts a unique minerality to the wine.
