Rooted in Asolo, Crafted for the Future: The Dal Bello Story

Dal Bello has been based in the prestigious Veneto village of Asolo since 1906, where forefather Giuseppe worked as a sharecropper for Asolo’s noble families. In the 1990s, his grandsons Mario and Antonio modernised the winery and restored vineyards in 6 key villages, including Asolo, above Treviso. Today they produce wine with avant-garde techniques, yet cultivate Asolo’s land as in the past.

Wines from Dal Bello Vini:

'BeBeMe' Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato Treviso DOC
or 'BeBeMe' Prosecco Brut Millesimato Treviso DOC Magnum

This fruity Prosecco offers fresh aromas of apricot, apple, and citrus, with floral notes of jasmine, delivering a fresh and balanced palate, and it is perfect as an aperitif or excellent with appetisers.

'Celeber' Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut

A bone-dry Prosecco DOCG that features elegant bubbles and intense flavours of apple, elderflower, and white flowers, offering both concentration and complexity, it is ideal as an aperitif and excellent with fish dishes like grilled trout.

Pinot Grigio Asolo Montello DOC

Fruity and soft, this classic Pinot Grigio carries flavours of pear, apple, lemon, peach, and blossom, with hints of hay, toasted almonds, and a touch of honey on the finish, making it a great match for vegetable-based dishes and fish.
