I Giusti e Zanza: Organic Precision and Tuscan Prestige in Every Bottle

Neighbouring Antinori on the Bolgheri side, and Frescobaldi on the other, I Giusti E Zanza are in fine company amongst Tuscan nobility, and their wines back this up. Pioneer Paolo Giusti began high-density planting in the 1980s, resulting in an average grape yield of around 0.6kg per vine that ensures even and perfect ripening each year. Viticulture is organic certified, working only with organic and biodynamic compounds in the vineyards, and the winemaking is firmly modern with an emphasis on clean fruit and vineyard expression. All of the red wines are vinified in the same three-part way, with time in stainless steel, concrete, and oak, to bring the vineyard expression to the fore.
