Rooted in León: The Legacy of Pardevalles
Founded in 1949 by Rafael Alonso, following a family tradition of generations dedicated to the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, Pardevalles is recognized as one of the flagbearers of the León DO. They have championed the restoration of native varieties, namely Prieto Picudo and Albarín Blanco, whilst introducing the latest advances in both the vineyard and the winery. The winery’s philosophy is to make wines that express the character and identity of where they come from, with deep respect for the terroir and León’s native grapes.

Albarín Blanco DO León - 2023
This rare Albarín Blanco offers aromas of pear, apple, lemon, and grapefruit, with a distinct Mojito note of lime and mint, followed by a soft palate with stone fruit like peach and a hint of herbaceousness, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, so it pairs beautifully with fish, pasta, seafood, and light rice dishes.
Carroleón Blanco DO León - 2022
An oaked Albarín Blanco with aromas of pear, apple, apricot, grapefruit, and a Mojito-like note of lime and mint, with a soft palate of stone fruit and herbaceous hints, complemented by subtle vanilla from barrel aging. Perfect with fish, pasta, seafood, and light rice dishes.
